Thank you for reaching out! There isn't a direct tool to reconcile share balances. You can compare the share balances shown in the Portfolio screen to the balances you see on the financial institution's website or on a paper statement from the financial institution.

Based on your post title, it sounds like you already know the shares don't match and you're trying to figure out why. When did you first notice the discrepancy? Which specific holdings are affected? Are there any placeholder transactions?
