Mobile App accounts

Question

I have been using the app for years.   While not great I find it helpful.   This morning it asked me to log in which it usually doesn't do.   I logged in and my checking and savings accounts are no longer there.  Just a CD account.   All from same institution.  I checked and the accounts are setup on the update to work.   When I go into the mobile app under accounts they are not there and not available.   Any suggestions?

That worked.  The download to PC was working fine.   Somehow the two accounts on the Mobile and Web had been unchecked.   Computer gremlins I guess.

Will be interesting to see how the new bank connection works.   I'm a Beta tester and looks like we will be trying it later today.

Thank you for sharing the details of what you’re experiencing.

Have you recently changed the connection method for your accounts in the Quicken desktop app? Please check the connection method for all three accounts by following these steps:

* Open an account.
* Click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
* Click on Edit account details.
* Select Online Services.
* The connection method is below the Financial Institution.

If the accounts are connected using Express Web Connect (through Intuit), please try disabling and re-enabling them for Quicken Mobile using the steps below.

First, set up Quicken Mobile Sync in Quicken Desktop:

* Open Quicken and go to the Mobile & Web tab. Depending on the sizing of the Quicken window, the Mobile & Web tab may be located in the More tab.

2. Click the blue text showing the accounts that are synced successfully.

3. Remove the checkmark next to each account you want to disable from Mobile Sync.

4. Click Done.

5. Return to the Mobile & Web window and place a checkmark next to each account you want to sync to Quicken Mobile.

6. After selecting the accounts you want to sync, type your bank password(s) in the field(s) above the accounts and click Done. Then, click Done again on the Accounts Synced dialog.

To sync your Quicken data to Quicken Mobile:

* Click Sync Now under the Mobile & Web tab

2. Go to your mobile app and sign in with your Quicken ID

3. Swipe down on the Mobile App home screen. All the data from the cloud is then downloaded to your mobile device.
