No accounts are updating since most recent update (Q Mac)

None of my many accounts are updating since the most recent update. That includes Columbia Bank, US Bank and credit card and investment accounts. Amex, Chase, Capitol One, Kohls, Elan credit card accounts have not updated. Savings accounts haven't either, Alliant, Amex, Barclay,Open Bank, etc.

I tried to reconnect Columbia Bank yesterday and it connected just fine but the account still won't update even today. I really don't want to have to reconnect about 25 accounts so I hope there is an easier solution. I am on iMac - Sequoia, 15.7.9 with Quicken Classic, Version 9.2.2 - Build 902.61860.100

Hi @LACL,

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you’re experiencing.

If you haven’t already done so, I suggest following the steps outlined in our Support Article for missing transactions:

In the affected accounts, click the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Go to the Downloads tab and, under Transaction Downloads, confirm that Download all available transactions is enabled.

Refresh your online account information by clicking the Update icon in the upper-left corner of Quicken. Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the account update.
Confirm that the Sort Order in your account is set to Date by clicking the top of the Date column in your account register. It’s possible the transactions are already in your register but not where you expected them to be.

Click the Clear Filters button to the right of the account register’s filter dropdowns. This will confirm that there are no filters hiding the transactions.
Click Columns in the bottom-right corner of the register, then check the Statement Payee box. This will allow you to search for the downloaded payee name and confirm that the transaction was not renamed unexpectedly.
Go to Accounts > Hide and Show Accounts…. You can check whether the missing transactions were downloaded into a hidden account by unchecking the Hide In Lists box next to any account marked as hidden.

I've gone through all the steps recommended by Quicken, and am still having the same exact issue since the last update. After talking with Columbia Bank, this is clearly a Quicken issue.

Please correct this issue asap with a fix.

I've done all these steps and it has failed to correct the issue of no downloaded transactions. The recent update has caused this issue and needs to be fixed.

I too went through all those steps days ago and just did it again yesterday. I always download "all transactions" and I am always sorted by date so any new transactions show up at the top of the page. I am not just having issues with Columbia bank - as I mentioned in my post - it is my entire list of accounts. I got 1 new transaction yesterday for my Amex card but going online to Amex website, it should have downloaded about 15 new transactions.

Clearly the latest update messed something up big time…and I don't have time to sit on a call with someone going through all the steps again - it is clearly an issue with the new update and we shouldn't have to sit through someone merely telling us to do what we all have already done…

@LACL The point of contacting Quicken Support is so you can show them what you are seeing, and they can document it to escalate to the developers. At this point, this has not been identified as a "known issue"; there have not been widespread reports here of this affecting many users. So the issue is that until they can identify that there's a bug, they can't fix it. And they need users to provide the information that points them to discover the source of the problem. I understand not wanting to sit on the phone with Support, nor to have them ask you to go through the steps you've already tried, as that can be quite frustrating — but if no one does this, the engineers are likely not aware of where there's a problem.

UPDATE: I see that a Quicken moderator has replied to @lp9900 in a separate thread that "this issue has already been escalated to our escalation team for further review. There is no further action required on your end at this time."
