One income account keeps appearing in all my reports instead of just the one report it should.

I have Quicken Classic Business & Personal. I am on Windows 11.

I have 3 separate rental income properties. There is one income account on rental property A that also appears on rental property B & C reports. This income account is only for rental property A.

I can't seem to get the one income account to appear in the other reports.

The transactions included in a report are generally determined by its customization settings, particularly the Accounts, Categories, and Tags selections.

• How are the three rental properties separated or identified in Quicken?
• What is the exact name and type of the report where you’re seeing this issue?
• When you open a transaction associated with the income account, what information is shown in the transaction details?
• When you customize the report for Property B, what selections are currently enabled under the Accounts, Categories, and Tags tabs?

If possible, please also share a screenshot of the report’s Customize window. Be sure to remove or obscure any personal or sensitive information before sharing it.
