Is there a problem with Direct Connect and Stifel?

I am having the same issue. I cannot connect with Stifel using direct connect. This has been happening for 2 days. I need to give Stifel a call.

Same here ! It's giving this message when I try to reconnect the accounts.
Hi @GBM35, Thanks for uploading the screenshot of the error you’re experiencing and for joining this thread.
If these accounts were previously connected, I suggest first following the steps in our support article to make sure the accounts were properly deactivated.
Once you have confirmed that all of the accounts have been disconnected, I suggest removing the Quicken passwords from Keychain Access.
To do this:
On macOS Sequoia:
Once you have confirmed that the Quicken credentials are no longer stored in Keychain Access, try reconnecting the accounts:

Thanks for the suggestion. I followed all steps this evening and it's still giving the same message as before .
Issue is still happening as of Sept 16, 2026. It mirrors what happened with Stifel downloads for a few days in August 2026.

Same problem as the original poster. Even though my user ID and password are correct
Quicken is reporting that it is not.

I have the same issue — my user name and password are correct but Quicken is unable to access my Stifel account
