Is Quicken going to have a dark mode in Windows ever?

Thank you for posing this question!
This has previously been requested as a product enhancement in Quicken for Windows.
The Idea thread was closed after our Product Development team informed us that this is not currently on the implementation roadmap.
Other users have posted some workarounds that they have used to accomplish what you are looking for. Maybe one/some of them will chime in with some options.

Not likely. There was idea for this that got enough votes that the developers looked and even said that it was planned, but when they looked into it they said it wasn't possible. That idea has since been archived.
"The product development team investigated and tested the idea. Due to technical complexity, it's not something we're going to be able to do at this time."
