You don't need to buy Quicken again.  Your subscription is tied to your Quicken ID.  As long as you use the same email address (Quicken ID), you are allowed to have it on multiple devices.

You posted under a Quicken Mac category, but your profile indicates Quicken Windows, and your post indicates that both laptops are Windows 11.

A current subscription covers both Quicken Windows and Mac, you don't need another subscription.  You just log in with your existing one after installing on the new machine.
