Retail Purchase Categorization Pulling in Old Transaction Data

I ensured that Amazon was not in my memorized payee list and when performing a one-step update, it is pulling old categories and descriptions from a previous transaction. Also, I checked the Google Chrome extension and the extension is connected. Is this a problem with a cache not clearing out when a new transaction occurs ?

Are the transactions and their descriptions showing up on the "My Orders" page in the web extension?

From Quicken you can do: Tools → Retail Purchase Categorization → View Orders

Also, on the Tools → Retail Purchase Categorization expand the Amazon section and make sure the "Include order item details in transaction memo" is on.

The last Amazon transaction worked this time. Interestingly, I did not have to verify upon doing a one-step update.

Also, I had to click on the download & match order button to update the date and time on the Last Download.
