When I ran One Sep Update yesterday, it would not update any Fidelity Accounts. When I tried to run One Step Update today, it showed no Fidelity accounts to be updated. I called Fidelity but they were no help. What is the problem?
@Rick Kinney did you just update to R69.29? If so, there is another user with Fidelity accounts that seems to be running into the same issue. When you look in your account list for accounts with Fidelity Investment, what do you see in these columns?
If a particular column is not showing, click on Options in the lower left of the window, and select the missing column.
Hi @Rick Kinney, Thanks for taking the time to post in the Quicken Community. Let me ask you a few questions so we can better understand what you’re experiencing:
If you’re seeing CC-501 or FDP-2505, I suggest reviewing our Community Alert, as a fix has been deployed for these errors. If you’re seeing FDP-350 or a message asking you to authorize the account, click Fix It and follow the prompts to reauthorize the account.
If you’re experiencing a different error or issue, the answers to the questions above will help us determine the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
I look forward to your reply!
