I have seen previous post on the error for Health Equity CC-592. I am unable to open the thread it says to follow.
Is there an update to the error?

What thread are you unable to open? If you can share the link or title we will be able to take a look.

Please follow this article on CC-592 errors. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Log in to your bank’s website and locate the setting that specifies the secondary authentication method currently in use for your account.
2. Deactivate the secondary authentication method, or change it to another option, such as “Security Questions,” if available.
3. Restart Quicken and try connecting again.

I also wanted to let you know that we have an ongoing alert for CC-508 errors that may be related to this issue.
