Showstopper Tax Lot Disposition Bug in Quicken Classic Windows R69.29

Re-opening an issue I first reported an issue with R68.25 at

https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7974927/tax-lot-disposition-bug-in-quicken-classic-windows-r68-25-and-r68-28

This same issue is still present several months later in R69.29. It is a showstopper bug for me, I'm stuck at the last working version R67.10 until this is fixed. Having reliable cost basis for stocks is a critical feature.
