I am on Quicken Classic Premier for Windows version R69.29 build 27.1.69.29.
My investment advisor firm recently migrated to Osaic, and I am trying to set up my new Osaic accounts in Quicken with Direct Connect access. They should be using the Osaic eQuipt Pershing access (as opposed to the older NetXInvestor portal - at least as far as I can tel from the research I have done to try to solve this myself). The web login to Osaic is performed through auth.osaic.com. When I view the connection logs from Quicken, I see the following entries for each attempt I've made:
20260926 14:34:35: Marketing session sending to: https://msa.intuit.com/banking/fimkt/basic/QWBasic.ini
20260926 14:34:35: QFN: Beginning get from https://msa.intuit.com/banking/fimkt/basic/QWBasic.ini

This would seem to indicate it is trying to log in through a portal, ofx.netxclient.com, on which my new Osaic account is (apparently) not known. The account I am trying to access is about a week old at this point. I am also following up with Osaic, but this seems like an issue where Quicken's connectivity information for this institution may need to be updated (and I'm hoping against hope that there even still is Direct Connect support for this institution).
