Quicken Classic R69.53

OSU to CIT Bank has been extremely spotty with various errors over the last 2-3 weeks. Now when trying to deactivate/reactivate the account, this version of Quicken hangs and needs to be manually killed.

Is anyone else experiencing problems connecting with this intitution?
