The Best Buy credit card has been downloading transactions through One-Step for over a year. Now it is not working. The card was recently upgraded by Citi to a new Visa card.
How do I resolve? Is there a bigger problem with the Quicken software?

Was the previous card a Citi card as well and, if so, was it a Visa card?
Was the account number of the card changed?
Are you getting any error codes or error messages and, if so, what are they?
Go to the General tab or Online Services tab of Account Details: What exactly is the name of the Financial Institution that is shown there?
I have had the same issue after the system forced me to reconnect and reauthorize links to several cards. All of the reauthorizations worked, including two Citi accounts, except the Best Buy card. Quicken opens a sign in page, which is completely different than the sign in page for my Best Buy online account, I enter my credentials and I get an error message. We encountered a problem processing your request. I do not have an issue signing into my normal Best Buy account. I have attached a In troubleshooting, I have revoked the link to Quicken in my Best Buy settings, but this has not resolved the issue. This has been ongoing for several weeks now. Quicken needs to work with Citi to get this sign in page resolved.
