Have check printing be available for the appropriate IRA account types.

I have a IRA that I use to write a lot of QCD checks. I have printer checks for this account, but can't print from the IRA account. I endup entering the checks in a checking account, printing, then delete the transactions from the checking account register, then use the Write Check option in my IRA account. A lot of needless work
