[Idea] Add Direct Integration / Live Sync for Baselane (Thread Bank Partner)

Hi everyone,

I have been a dedicated Quicken user since 1988, relying on it to manage all of my personal, rental property, and former business accounts.

I recently signed up for Baselane, a rapidly growing online financial management platform tailored for rental properties. I am utilizing it to allow my tenants to pay rent online instead of writing paper checks.

Baselane uses Thread Bank as its backend banking partner. While "Thread Bank (Business)" does appear on Quicken’s list of financial institutions, attempting to log in with my Baselane credentials fails because Thread Bank's direct systems do not recognize them.

I noticed that a request to integrate Baselane data has already been raised over on the Quicken Simplifi forum, but I couldn't find an active thread or official "Idea" request here in the main Quicken Community for Quicken Classic.

Because Baselane is becoming an industry standard for independent landlords, Quicken needs an automated way to sync these accounts. I am requesting that the product team establish a direct connection with Baselane across all product lines—including Quicken Classic and Simplifi—so users don't have to rely on manual CSV exports.

Please vote for this idea if you also use Baselane and want to see direct sync supported!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! The Quicken Classic Community doesn't have a section to request that financial institutions be added, as the Quicken Simplifi Community does. However, our teams are still constantly working to expand the number of financial institutions we support. We are not able to guarantee when or if a specific financial institution will be supported.

One thing that may help is contacting the financial institution to let them know that you want them to support connecting in Quicken. If enough customers tell the financial institution this is a feature they want, the institution may be more willing to work with us.
