Will the Online bill feature ever be functional again?

Question

In the past, the online bill would show the minimum and balance amounts and permit you to toggle between them.  Now, the data seems to be there, but it is not actionable.  The only reliable way to prepare the bill is to manually transfer the data to a manual bill.  Frustrating.

Believe it or not, the next day some online bills began showing the min/balance options with the ability to toggle between them.  But when I tried to link the online biller to a manual bill, they would not link.
