NCSECU problem getting worse

I've given up hope that One Step Update will ever be fixed, but now I'm having problems importing the web connect qfx files for my Visa credit card account. I can export them from SECU, but when I try to import them into Quicken, nothing happens. Literally nothing. No error messages, just doesn't import. When trying yesterday, I got a "could not complete request" error, but now the import just fails. I sent the information via "report a problem" but I'm guessing y'all have just given up since SECU isn't a big bank.

You need to follow up this "report a problem" with a call to Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report this as an Online Banking issue. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
Sending in a "report a problem" does not get the ball rolling unless you call it in.
