How to set up Lending Loans in Quicken for Windows?

I have read the following:

But I am NOT able to find the buttons defined.  I see Loans but those do NOT offer Lending Loans.  I see Assets and have tried to set up an asset account, then convert it to Lending Loans, but no options allow me to do this.

It appears lending loans is no longer available.  Please help?
