Creates new accounts

I have had this issue for some time. When I open Quicken, it will create new accounts based on my old accounts. I will include a picture. I actually cleaned it up a while back, and if you will notice in the attachment, there are 4 accounts that are associated with Discover 08xx. After I cleaned it up, there was only the one with a balance of $643. There are now three additional accounts with a $ 0 balance. They are created, but no transactions are ever added. I actually spoke to support, and he had me do some things (I don't remember what), then delete the duplicate accounts. Then, after using Quicken a few times, they are created again. This is only an image of a small part of the accounts screen on the left pane. Has anyone had this happen, or have any idea why it is doing it?

Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information:

• Were these accounts created immediately after opening your file?
  • If not, is there any action that seems to trigger their appearance, such as running One Step Update?
• Did all 3 of the extra accounts appear at once?
  • If not, then when did they appear (for example, one each time you opened your file)?
• Do more appear every time you open Quicken?
  • If so, how many appear? Is there any pattern to it, or is the number of added accounts random?
  • If not, please provide more details.
• Do these new accounts appear only for this one particular Discover Card?
  • If so, is this Discover Card a shared account (primary cardholder + authorized users)?
  • If not, what other accounts are affected?
