If I move my backup to my Local C Drive what do I do for a backup?

I have been using Windows Quicken on my Lenovo Yoga laptop and backing it up to my personal One Drive.  Quicken has instructed me to move the backup to my C Drive on the laptop.  My concern is this, what if I lose my laptop or it dies?  What do I do, as I will have lost my back up.  I store very little on my C drive, as I keep everything else in my personal OneDrive.  Does Quicken have a remote backup of my backup?

I am concerned as I did have a laptop stolen and the remote back up saved me.

I would think that backing up to OneDrive would be all that is needed since saving in a OneDrive folder saves a local copy there and then it synced to the online One

Maybe I wasn't really clear:

Say you created a C:\Quicken folder and moved your data file there.  And you opened that data file in Quicken.

Then you could set your Edit → Preferences → Backup → Local Backup location to like:

And for the manual backup:

Ctrl+B

Thank you for your help, are you saying before I close Quicken each time, I need to back up 2 times, once the hard drive and once to OneDrive?

You have misunderstood the instructions.  What they want is for you to move your data file (the one you open in Quicken) to the C drive, but you can keep the backups on OneDrive.
