South Carolina Future Scholar Problems

Anyone successfully download South Carolina Future Scholar transactions successfully? Every time it downloads a fund, it's the wrong fund name. For example, I might have funds in the Aggressive Track Ages 18+. It will download and show all my shares as the Ages 14-15 fund. Then next time I sync, I might have 0 shares and my balance goes to zero. Next time I download it might show that all my funds are Aggressive Track Ages 16-17. Process repeats itself and it's never correct. The # of shares is usually right, it's just always the wrong security so the price is wrong and balance as well. Anyone else ever experience this? It's been broken for many years. I had tried to do this several years ago and had this experience. Recently thought I'd try again only to find it's still broken. I have reported the problem multiple times, Help → Report a problem, and nothing has ever become of it. Any insight appreciated.
