Fidelity Investment Account Mutual funds transitioned to CIT and unable to reconcile on Mac subscrip

I have read all the suggestions on the portal and continue to be unable to override to track the CIT (collective investment trust). I am unable to switch from direct connection. Under Tools, I get the message "no eligible Money Market Funds detected in this account". It appears there is a bug, and I am wondering if this is being worked on. I have been a user for 25+ years, and for the first time ever, I am unable to track my investments with Quicken (I can see them on Credit Karma!) Any other suggestions to track and acknowledge my CIT funds? I really appreciate any help you can give me.

Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

• When did you first notice this issue?
• Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive?
  • Is it synced with any cloud service, such as iCloud, OneDrive, or Dropbox?
• How is the account currently connected?
  • When you say "direct connection," do you mean the account is currently connected via Direct Connect?
• What "Tools" are you looking at, and what option are you selecting that is giving you the "no eligible Money Market Funds detected in this account" message?
