Original Spending by Payee Report

When I run the report "as is" with no modifications I get one total for the data in the list and a different total for the data in the graph. Screenshot below is with just 1 checking account and two credit card accounts chosen and in the advanced tab transfers are set to "Exclude Internal".

No matter how I have manipulated the accounts or the transfer section the totals are always different. Although setting transfers to"Exclude All" gets the totals within 10k of each other.

Is anyone else seeing this type of response?

FYI- the Spending by Categories report is fine. The graph and the list below match up.

I think the problem is that the pie chart can't show negative numbers, so it does not include any Payees with negative amounts.

If I go to the Advanced tab and select Transaction types = Payments, the numbers match for me.

For some reason however, if I set Amount Greater than 0.00 on the Advanced tab instead, the numbers do not match.

I can recreate that and get your results. Thanks for the info. Really, it just makes me not want to rely on the reports at all when I see things like this. And I need to do more reports not less. I don't really care about or need the graph but if I can't trust it not sure I can trust the table (or Quicken?).
