Quicken produces duplicate investments when companies conduct restructuring changes. The duplicate entries overstate the account value. It also produces false name changes with false values. The data in question is downloaded from a Schwab brokerage account. Merge and replace data changes offered did not all work. I am 2+ months into trying to correct the errors.
Tens of thousands of dollars in errors are created in separate accounts held at Schwab. Quicken has said they understand but have not scheduled corrections. Weekly emails off means manipulating data - pretty complicated for the the user to fix problems created by Quicken and Schwab.
