CC-501 continues NC SECU STILL MESSED UP

I am still getting CC-501 on 4 of my credit card accounts.

And when I try to edit my checking acct at NC SECU, it locks up and won't let me convert to Express Web Connect.

The whole checking acct debacle with SECU has caused major issues. I converted to this program to help, but it has been a big headache. And now the credit cards won't update.

Hello @Munro,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering these issues. Since the program locks up when you try to edit the problem accounts, I suspect a file-specific issue. I suggest that you try validating your data file.  Please save a backup file prior to performing these steps. 

Validate: 

1. File
2. Validate and Repair File...
3. Validate File
4. Click OK
5. Close the Data Log
6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 seconds)
7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
