Stock Prices not updating

Question

This morning quite a few Stock prices were not updating.

I can not get prices to download for BAM XUS ZEA or ZSP. All are Canadian stocks or ETFs.

My other 17 stocks are updating with no issue.

Is anyone else having issues?

I will contact Quicken support as you suggest.   I had, obvioulsy incorrectly, presumed that with a name like Quicken Kristina, you were the Quicken liason with Quicken support.

I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance, as they have access to tools we can't access in the Community, and they can escalate the issue as needed. In response to your questions (responses in italics):

* Is the issue persisting, or did those security prices finally update?     ZEA is now updating.  ZSP, XUS and BAM were not as of 2026-10-13-10:00 AM and 10:28AM (now)  — Pacific Time  
* Were they previously updating?       All were updating without issue to October 8, 2026
* Are the 17 securities that are updating also Canadian stocks or ETFs?    Yes, the other 17 are all Canadian stocks (14) or ETFs (3).
* I did cross check to see if there had been any changes in tickers.

Also, I checked  each of money.tmx.com  and ca.finance.yahoo.com and all three securities that are not downloading through Quicken (ZSP, XUS & BAM) are listed and showing up to date trading data.  Sample for XUS shown below as of 2026-10-13-10:24AM:
