Update: my issue is resolved.
I just did a RESET Account under Online Service. It switched to the New Account sign-in on the Fidelity website. After logging in, it linked to a disclosure (very long page) agreement. Upon agreeing to the agreement. Quicken continued to complete the OSU.
Thank you for the follow-up,
I'm glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue by resetting your account!

After several attempts I am still unable to get one stop update to download without a CC-501 error 9pm 10/11/2026
