Verizon Synchrony downloads transactions in reverse

When setting up the account, choosing synchronybank.com fails; choosing synchrony.com lists Value Furniture and not Verizon, which then completes the authentication.

Finally discovered that I need to add it by searching for Verizon Visa Card!!!

I'm glad you found a way to successfully add your Verizon card. What exactly do you mean by it downloading transactions in reverse? Are payments showing as deposits, and deposits as payments? Or do you mean the direction these transactions flow in the account register?
