Over the years I have been saving memorized transactions and I need to clean them up. Delete invalid ones and edit some others.
Where is best menu or method to do that?
Are you referring to Memorized Payees? If so, go to Tools > Memorized Payee List. This where all of the Memorized Payees are listed and where you can delete or edit them.

If this is not what you are referring to, please provide clarification about what it is that you mean by "memorized transactions".
@ftyminski Open your Memorized Payee List, by going to Tools→Memorized Payee List, or by holding down Ctrl-T. In the Actions column, you can Delete, Edit, or create a Report for that memorized payee. Also you can highlight a group of payees and delete them by clicking the Delete button in the lower right corner. To highlight a group of payees, hold Ctrl and click each item. Or, highlight the first payee in the group then click the last payee.
Otherwise, if you search for "memorized payee" in Quicken Support, there are many support articles on the topic.
An easy way to clean up Memorized Payees is to use Edit | Preferences in the Data Entry and QuickFill section and enter a number of months in the Remove Memorized Payees not Used in the Last XX Months. That will remove older Memorized Payees that you have not used recently.
