Same issue here. Quicken for Mac. Hasn't been able to connect to Addition Financial for days now. No idea how to fix it.

After reviewing our internal tools, I can see that Addition Financial is showing an OK status. To help us better understand what’s happening, I have a couple of questions:

What error code or message are you seeing when trying to connect to or update your account? If possible, please share a screenshot of the error message.
If you’re receiving the FDP-102 error, have you changed your password recently?
- Certain special characters in your password may prevent Quicken from connecting successfully. These include the ampersand (&), left angle bracket (<), right angle bracket (>), backslash (\), and forward slash (/).
Does your password contain any of these characters?
