Hello,
I am a 20+ year Quicken user who tracks investments in Quicken.
All my investments are set not to include asset class information.
In one account, A, if I look at the transaction display or holdings display, cash is correctly reported as $x.
Now I create a report where the only security is "no security (includes cash" to look only at cash balances. The cash balance is reported as $y, where y>x by a substantial amount. I cannot determine how to resolve this discrepancy.
I have three additional accounts (B, C, D) in the report with no discrepancies. In accounts B, C, and D, $y=$x - no problem.
Any ideas on what's causing the reconciliation issue in one account? I'm stumped. Thanks for any advice.
Regards,
Ken
