Fidelity NetBenefits 401(k): downloaded Buy/Sell transactions missing security and quantity [Edited]

Quicken Classic for Mac, Fidelity NetBenefits 401(k): downloaded Buy/Sell transactions contain the total dollar amount, but the Security field and share quantity are blank. This is not a duplicate-security issue (I had that one previously). I was following some other threads, and it appears this type of issue was marked as closed. I have been experiencing this for over a year. Is there a fix/procedure that I missed that corrects this?

- Did the issue start immediately after a program or computer update?
Is this affecting all Fidelity NetBenefits Buy/Sell transactions?
- If not, which specific securities is this happening with?
