I have three accounts with Osiac that have been successfully connected to my Windows Premier Quicken install for years, and they started getting login failure messages in One Step Update yesterday, 10/20/26.
- After getting the login failure notice again today, I deactivated online services for one account in the Quicken account details screen and removed the financial institution name and account number.
- I confirmed that I can log in to both app.equipt.com and osaic.netxinvestor.com without problem. When logging in via the netxinvestor URL, there is a Quicken section in the Security Settings, but it just says there is nothing to approve or display. I could find nothing Quicken-related on the app.osaic.com site.
- When I attempt to set up the connection again in Quicken, I chose "Osaic eQuipt Pershing Accounts" as the financial institution. After clicking "Next," I get a "What type of account do you want to add" screen, and the choices are Bank and Loan only, with nothing about investment.
- I click through until I get to the username/password screen, where I provide my known good credentials. When I click Connect, I quickly get a "failure to connect" message with no error code.
- I then deactivated online access from the other two accounts and tried to set up one of them. Same result - Quicken unable to connect, no error number/message.
Temporary Osiac issue? Temporary Quicken issue? Not a temporary issue? I don't know. I just wanted to get this on record in case this is a widespread issue and others search for it.
