Quicken Users (Quicken Classic BUSINESS & PERSONAL R69.53) should have the option of changing the text size for the Account List, Reconcile Pop Up Window, Search Results and all other screens, menus etc. The View in Large Font is an option if everything worked properly but it does not, therefore, it's not an option (it causes distortion and some options do not work, see Reconcile Font Size posted on October 14, 2026, I posted snips of distortion and missing options).

I have searched the internet and even tried asking AI, and there is not an internet solution nor is there a fix in the discussion forums on Quickens web site.

I am a Windows 11 user with my display set at 100%. Quickens response to change this setting may fix my problem in Quicken but it creates issues with every other program I currently use is an unacceptable response in my opinion. In addition, I read about changing the display on your monitors, once again, UNACCEPTABLE, most users use multiple programs on the PCs and again, this is not acceptable response.

I did a single word search and found that there are 1.5K customers with this same issue. How many customers will have to complain and waste time (I have spent at least 5 plus hours 😡, did I mentioned I used this back in the 90's and it's still an issue) searching for a fix before Quicken listens and provides an update?

this was supposed to be posted in PRODUCT IDEA as recommended in my above-mentioned post, but using my mouse and the keyboard it does not allow me to select that option!!! Oh Quicken, listen to your customers!

I wouldn't trust a one-word search you are most likely picking up unrelated posts and ones that have already been resolve or even ones where it is a user problem.

I looked at your other post and agree that is a problem with Large Fonts but posting "fix this" for all Large Font or similar problems just isn't going to get any real results. For instance, you reported a problem where the amount of the selected transactions wasn't showing when in Large Fonts. The reason it isn't showing is because when they layout controls, they have to give them a size. And that size needs to be large enough for the text that will go into it. Not to mention not overlapping of controls. What I'm getting at is every control is individually sized. There isn't any magic "flip this switch and every control is the right size". They have to identify each problem and fix them individually.

How do you propose I make a request to get results? My layout control size when using large font may require space for in the 1000s and yours could be 10000? I am simply stating that Large Fonts does not work for me and for many other users with an explanation/example of why it does not work? The layout controls should be the same regardless of the view of choice?

What I'm saying is this isn't a "suggestion for a feature that people should vote on".

These are bugs that need to be submitted and fixed individually. The developers aren't going to just "search for problems".

This is an "advantage" in a way. Feature requests take 50 votes just to be submitted to the developers. Bugs should always be submitted to the developers.

The methods for submitting bugs are:

Quicken Support.
Help → Report a problem (these two are the official ways).
And reporting them on this forum and get some attention and hopefully a higher priority.
