Include option to show online balance of account that have web downloads. this will provide quick indicator for accounts in which the online transaction may have not downloaded.
There are several reasons why the Online Balance would not match the account's current balance in Quicken, most commonly if transactions that have been entered in Quicken have not cleared yet. Also the "Last download" column, which has the date and time of the last download, is already available. This is enabled by clicking on Options at the bottom of the list and selecting "Show transaction download status."
