My RRCU checking and savings accounts are downloading, but my Visa credit card had stopped downloading in the last few days with a CC-506 error that said the account didn't exist. I tried to 'reset' the account, but then Quicken said the account didn't exist at my institution. I disconnected all 3 accounts, restarted Quicken, and tried reconnecting the downloads (Express Web Connect). The checking and savings accounts showed up, and I successfully reconnected them to my existing accounts in Quicken. However, the Visa was only offered as a 'new' LOAN type (pic attached), and Quicken wanted to create it as a new loan (mortgage, auto, consumer, etc.), not as a credit card type and connect to my existing Visa. This completely disconnects any payment integration to the Visa from my checking account, and it seems that someone somewhere changed something so as to incorrectly identify the account type as 'loan' when it should be 'credit card'. Pls advise thx.
