Quicken Connection with Stifel

I can not get Quicken to make the connection with Stifel in order to download my transactions. I have spoken to a dozen Stifel representatives and several Quicken people. No help. When I try to download transactions, I get a message that Quicken cannot link to Stifel. I also note that I do not have this problem with my other financial institutions. I think this is a Stifel issue, and their help desk is useless.
