Edward Jones accounts are duplicated in quicken

I am using Quicken on-line version. My Edward Jones accounts are duplicated. How do I get rid of the duplicates and how do I know which of the listings are the correct ones. Is it possible to delete all of them and redo the one step update to get the accurate accounts downloaded?

• When you say you're using the online version, do you mean you're using Quicken on the Web, do you mean the accounts are connected for automatic downloads, or do you mean something else?
• How many duplicate accounts do you have?
• How did they get duplicated (for example, trying to reconnect and accidentally adding as new)?
• You asked how to tell which listings are correct. Are these duplicates showing different information for the same account?
  • If so, the simplest way to determine which is correct is to compare it to the financial institution's website.

Be aware that you might lose account history if you delete all of the accounts. The financial institution doesn't always make all of the history available for download.
