A while back, Quicken quit working with Santander Mexico. It clearly shows in the fidir.txt file that this bank is supported, but I've been unable to connect. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a resolution?

What is the error message?
Is this a US account?
Quicken only supports US and Canadian accounts. A given financial institution might cross borders, but that doesn't mean it will support the foreign account, especially if it isn't in USD for Windows US and CAD for Windows Canada.
@sbange01 since you haven't gotten any response from users who have accounts with Santander Mexico, I will weigh in here.
Santander Mexico does appear to be listed in Quicken's financial institution directory, so I do not believe the issue is simply that it is a non-U.S. or non-Canadian bank. However, there have been reports from users who have been unable to connect even though the institution remains listed. At this point, I have not found any official notice that Santander Mexico support has been discontinued, so the situation appears to be a connectivity or service issue rather than a documented removal of support. Users encountering the problem may want to contact Quicken Support so the issue can be reviewed and escalated if necessary.
It may also be worthwhile to contact Santander Mexico directly. The issue could potentially involve changes on the bank's side, changes to the connection service, or a problem that requires coordination between the bank and Quicken. The bank may be able to confirm whether they still support third-party financial software connections and whether they are aware of any ongoing issues affecting Quicken users.
