Bank of America bill showing as a credit in Bills & Income

Am I the only one having trouble with Bank of America's credit card bills not updating in Bills & Income? It consistently states "Awaiting next bill" even though the statement was available since mid-last week. When I unlink the bill from the account, then the bill reappears in the list and states there is a credit (i.e. a plus amount).

Also, the ability to "link to reminder" is quite unreliable.

Hello @SilverEagle,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To troubleshoot, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.

Once that is done, see whether the issue still persists.

No change. I even restarted Quicken. When I click the dropdown for the BoA credit card and select Refresh bill, the bill does not get updated. Also, I tried Link to reminder, and that failed as well.
