One month gap in credit card register

For whatever reason, I'm missing about a month's worth of transactions (roughly all of September) for one of my credit card accounts, and Account Reset does not pull them down. After a few attempts, I tried a manual download to a QFX file, but that created a new "Credit Card at Chase" account.

I found instructions to use the "All Transactions" link and did an "accept all" to get the list of the transactions, but the "move" function does not give a mass move dialog. One-by-one changes is very tedious when you have over 100 transactions!

I'm using Quicken Classic Deluxe on Windows.

@cahoover You should be able to move all of the missing transactions in bulk. You can select a range of transactions by highlighting the first transaction in the range, then holding the Shift key, click on the last transaction in the range. Then, right-click on the selected transactions, then select "Move transactions". In the drop-down list, select the account you want to move the transactions to, then click "OK".

Note -

Make a backup of your data file before you start moving transactions.
Create a transaction report for the credit card account(s) before moving transactions. The report will help you reconcile, if needed.
You will need to watch over the process and answer "Yes" or "OK" to any pop-up box.
If there are a lot of transactions to move, it's best to do them in smaller groups
During the process, it may seem that the process has stalled. Let the process complete. Do not stop the process prematurely.

When all the transactions have been moved, use the report to reconcile and verify there are no missing or duplicate transactions.

Please note: If you're trying to move reconciled transactions, you will get a Yes/No prompt for every reconciled transaction to move.

To avoid this situation,

In the From - account register, first block-select all reconciled transactions to be moved
Right-click one of the now highlighted transactions
Select "Reconcile status" and change it to "cleared" or "not reconciled"
Block-select all transactions again
Right-click one of the now highlighted transactions
Select "Move transactions"
Select the Move-to account register from a pop-up window
After all transactions have been moved, switch to the Move-to account register
Decide whether to mark transactions that were previously marked "reconciled" as "reconciled" again. Do so now or later.

@UKR The pop-up box for every reconciled transaction is no longer an issue with the current version of Quicken Windows Subscription. You are only asked once for a group of transactions being moved.

That change wasn't mentioned anywhere in the Release Notes that I can remember.

Yes, I first saw this earlier today when I moved about 12 reconciled transactions from one credit card account to a new credit card account. I did not need to approve the move for each of those reconciled transactions. That was a pleasant surprise to me.

No worries! You are correct. The change, as far as I know, hasn't been documented. I only know because I use the Move command frequently. The source of confusion about the pop-up notifications is that you will get a pop-up notification for reconciled transactions only once when the process starts, but then after that, you will get a pop-up notification for every transfer transaction being moved. From my experience, the key to moving transactions successfully is to "baby-sit" the process and always answer "Yes" or "OK" to any pop-up message.

Yesterday I wasn't getting the Pop-up window. Anyway, I got them all into the right account! Thanks to you for the help!

I hadn't heard of either the All Transactions list or the Move command, so I'm glad to have this addition to my Quicken knowledge.

Note: All my transactions were in "Cleared," not "Reconciled" status. Maybe it wasn't necessary, but I changed them to "Uncleared".

Quicken is a powerful program, but there are often multiple ways to accomplish the same task, which can sometimes make troubleshooting challenging.
