Since Q isn't licensed for sale anywhere except the US and Canada, I doubt that this would ever happen.

Also, it would require that such banks sign the contract with Q/Intuit to become "Participating Financial Institutions", but since Q isn't licensed in Europe i see no incentive for them to do such.

This idea seems, to me, to be DOA.
