Option of viewing both the instrument name and symbol in investing

I'd like the option of viewing both the instrument name and symbol in investing as separate columns instead of the current toggle of one or the other. I'm currently using Quicken 2016; is this addressed in 2017?

    Sorry to say there is no change in 2017.

    You can add 'ticker' to the portfolio view by selecting 'Ticker Symbol' in the 'Customize Current View' dialog.  Does this address your problem?

    That worked. When I saw the checkmark to show symbols instead of names, I didn't look further than trying to find the column "Symbol" to add.
