Closing Employee Stock Option

I have unvested employee stock options in a separate account for a previous employer. Some options have been excersized, others have yet to vest. How can i close the unvested options, then close the account?

You could back up tour data file just in case, then edit the original Grant transaction(s) to eliminate the options that will never vest.

If you have vested options that you never exercised, you could adjust the expiration dates.

Thanks for the hint. Turns out if i change change the expire date on the options to terminate early (when i left the company), it still left the unvested options. I was however able to delete these, then close the account. Thanks for your help.
