Mutual fund expense transaction

I am adding my mutual fund periodic investment to my quicken. They charge a quarterly expense which they sell some of the shares to get their money,. How do I annotate that in transaction.? I only see a way to deduct cash expenses. Thanks!

    Options
    Two transactions required
    1) Sell Shares
    2) MiscExp or Withdraw transaction to 'spend' the cash from the sale on the quarterly fee.
    Use the memo field on one or both to explain if needed.
