I send invoices internationally. How do I include the $ on my invoices?

My bank is in the US and my invoices are paid by a Swiss company. It's important to include the $ on my invoices so they don't pay in Euros. How do I print the currency symbol on a Quicken invoice in Home & Business? I thought this would be an easy add-on using the Invoice form tool. I added multi-currency, but that didn't help.

A change to include the currency symbol of your Customer Invoice account has, AFAIK, been added to the Quicken programmers' To Do List quite a while ago.
Until they get around to making that change (you cannot customize your Invoice Layout to change the word "Total" to "Total $") the only thing you can do is to add a "Custom Message to Customer":
"Please pay Total amount due in US-$" or similar text.

    From C. D. Bales:

I believe this question has been asked several times in the past, and I believe the answer is still the same: you can't.

What you can do is add a "Customer message" to your invoices that tells the customer to pay in $US.
