Why can't create new Security manually on Quicken 2017 ?

To create a Security, press Ctrl + Y and select Add Security. To enter the information about the security manually, select Click Here in the Add Security to Quicken window:

To add a new security, provide a unique name for the security:
Then, select Next and Done.6

Works perfectly, but you should follow your steps (ex. try to click on Click here, with any name at Enter symbol field) otherwise the Quicken is closed immediately.
