How do I access rental management options in Home and Business 2019?

@klattridge As John says, there is no Home & Business for Mac. There never has been; there are lots of users who want it, but it doesn't exist… at least yet. Only Quicken knows if it ever will, and they haven't said, but they certainly can't get there until they get the core Quicken Mac closer to parity with Quicken Windows.

That Google search result is compressing text from different sentences. Click on that link, and you'll see the image clearly shows "Quicken Home & Business for Windows" (not "for Windows and Mac").

What Quicken is selling is a subscription, or membership, level. With that membership level, you acquire the right to download Mac and/or Quicken applications. But the Quicken and Mac versions aren't identical at any level. Quicken Deluxe for Windows still has many features that don't yet exist in Quicken Deluxe for Mac; the developers are working towards leveling that playing field, but it's still quite a way off into the future. The added features of Quicken Premier for Windows don't exist on the Mac product. And the added Home & Business functionality for Windows doesn't exist at all on the Mac side, either.

Bottom line: it can be misleading. If you recently purchased Quicken Home & business with the intent of running it on a Mac, you should take advantage of Quicken's full refund within 30 days of purchase. Then either purchase Quicken Deluxe for Mac, if it will meet your needs, or figure out how you can run Quicken Home & Business on Windows. (For instance, you can run virtual machine software, like Parallels for Mac, to run Windows as an application on your Mac.)
