How do I add data in the Price Day Change, etc.

How do I get the data to appear in the Price Day Change Column?  Also, there is a column for Day Gain Loss and Gain Loss % but they always show 0%.  How do i get them to show the actual figures?  Thank you.  I am new to Quicken Deluxe 2019 therefore it is somewhat different than the older versions.

    If you haven't already, I suggest you verify TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 on the Advanced tab of the Internet Options window are enabled: Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options

    They are enabled.
